Bespoke support packages
Indigo offers a number of support packages, many of which are tailored to our customers’ individual needs, appreciating that different locations require bespoke levels of SLA support, as opposed to offering a one-size-fits-all approach.
All maintenance contracts come with a 24-hour fault report with engineer call back, 2x annual preventative maintenance visits & access to tier 1 AV telephone business hours helpdesk.
